However, we would appreciate your registering so that we can determine the number and type of users of this curriculum site.

If you ARE a Washington state trauma care provider who wishes to meet the PER, you are required to register/login. To do so, click on the link below entitled "Login / Register Now" as a Washington state trauma care provider who wishes to meet the PER and is new to this site (create a new account)". You will be asked to enter your name, email address, phone number, job title, and trauma center information. This will provide you with a password-protected account that only you can access. If you choose to exit the curriculum before you complete the required number of modules, you may do so at any time. You may then return to the curriculum at any time with your account login/password by clicking on the login link. This registration information will also be included in your certificate of completion, in order to provide evidence to the Washington State Emergency Medical Services and Trauma System that you have completed the curriculum, and thus met the requirements of the PER during the current designation cycle.
